In 1991, I became a fitness instructor and worked intensively for a health lodge with people from all walks of life: the fit, the unfit, the young and the older and people with various impairments.

In 1994, I commenced massaging, and it appeared that the two modalities, massage and fitness, complemented each other well in helping people in their quest for good health.  I enjoyed working with doctors, dieticians, psychologists and other specialists at the lodge. Lecturing to lifestyle guests and corporate groups was also part of my curriculum, which led me later on to teach massage and lymphatic drainage at a college in natural medicine.

JM Remedial Therapy Clinic is located at  suite 5, 7 Albany Forest Drive at Albany Creek and I also treat patients at shop 1a, 32 Main St Samford in Queensland. I specialise in remedial massage therapy and lymphoedema treatment.

My qualifications are:

• Bachelor in Health Sciences Musculoskeletal Therapy
• CLT (Complex Lymphatic Therapy - Casley-Smith method)
• Diploma in Remedial Therapy
• Certificate IV in Massage Therapy
• Post Graduate Certificate in Higher Education
• Certificate IV in Workplace and Assessment Training

My experience cumulates over 17 years in the health industry.
