Support Stockings

 
All our stockings (including the “TED’s”) are phlebologically correct with the strongest pressure at the smallest point of the ankle.

The Delilah support stockings are the fashionable solution to healthy legs. They are available in 70D, 140D and 280D. They offer great support for those extra long days. They help reduce the effects of everyday strain and gravity and assist in blood and fluid return to the heart.

The Sigvaris Samson stockings are the answer for men with tired and aching legs sitting at the desk, driving, standing for long periods of time or working in professions such hairdressing. They assist with prevention of venous disease with aircraft travel. They are durable, fashionable and offer special comfort with their reinforced heel.

The “TED” or anti-embolism stockings are also available through the clinic. These white stockings are usually dispensed during a stay at the hospital for non-ambulatory patients and assist in  speeding up the blood flow and reduce the risk of blood clotting.

 

Compression garments

There is a two (2) to three (3) days delay for standard medical compression garments and three (3) weeks for a custom made medical garment. Please make an appointment for measuring and fitting.

 

Ear candles

Ear candles are an experimental and affordable home remedy for earache, sinusitis, ringing in the ears, inner ear imbalance problems, and other ailments. The results may vary from person to person. It is a safe remedy when used with common sense and according to the instructions. We recommend the first session (30minutes) with your therapist to learn a safe and effective way to ear
candling.
